Information HoellReels handles

The information available to HoellReels depends on the connected platforms, permissions, and features in use.

  • Account and connection information: Page, account, and channel identifiers and names; granted permissions; connection status; and authorization tokens needed to use the platforms’ APIs.
  • Content and publishing information: uploaded media, titles, captions, descriptions, thumbnails, publication links and identifiers, schedules, and publication status.
  • Comments and moderation information: comment text, commenter names and platform identifiers when provided, reply relationships, attachment information, timestamps, reactions or counts, and records of replies and moderation actions.
  • Performance and operating information: content metrics, API usage, job status, errors, activity records, settings, and security records such as session and API-key hashes.
  • Contact requests: your email address, message, and any information you provide when you contact LordHoell.

How the information is used

HoellReels uses this information to connect the owner’s accounts, prepare and publish content, manage schedules, display performance, review and respond to comments, perform authorized moderation, and keep records of those actions. It also uses information to authenticate access, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, maintain backups, and respond to privacy requests.

Who can receive information

LordHoell can access information in the private dashboard. Tools and agents that LordHoell authorizes can access information or perform actions through the API within their permissions. If an authorized agent uses an external AI or automation service, information returned to that agent may also be processed by that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

HoellReels sends content and requests to Meta or Google/YouTube to carry out connected features. Those platforms handle information under their own policies. Hosting, network, and email providers also process information needed to deliver their services.

Public site and private dashboard

The public information pages at reels.lordhoell.com and datadel.lordhoell.com have no sign-up form, embedded social media player, or third-party advertising. Cloudflare delivers these pages and provides security and performance measurement. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, security events, and performance measurements to provide these services.

The private dashboard uses session cookies to keep an authorized operator signed in. The public information pages do not provide access to the private dashboard or its stored social-platform data.

Storage and retention

The private app stores working data and backups on systems controlled by LordHoell. Access credentials are handled separately from ordinary app records. Copies sent to a connected platform, authorized agent, or service provider are also subject to that recipient’s practices.

Retention varies by record type. The app has scheduled cleanup for expired sessions and temporary records, older webhook payloads, completed jobs, and API-usage records. Uploaded clip files follow the app’s retention setting. Comments, publication history, performance records, and audit records do not all have the same automatic expiry and can remain until removed or no longer needed for the purposes described here.

Backups rotate according to the app’s backup setting, so a deletion from the working app does not immediately erase every older backup. A comment privacy purge keeps a keyed identifier and a limited record of the deletion to prevent the removed information from returning during later synchronization or restoration. The purge removes supported personal comment fields and associated stored payloads; it does not erase every operational record.

Your choices and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you held by HoellReels, email lordhoell@lordhoell.com. Include enough information to locate the relevant account, post, or comment. LordHoell may ask for reasonable confirmation that the request concerns you.

You can remove the app’s authorization through the relevant platform’s connected-app settings. For Google/YouTube, use Google’s account permissions page. Removing authorization and deleting information already stored by HoellReels are separate steps; use the deletion instructions to request removal of stored information.

Removing information from HoellReels does not by itself delete a post or comment from Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. You can also use the platform’s own controls for content held there.
